The meaning behind our Frida Tower:

The colors symbolize the Mexican Flag 🇲🇽

Green: Cucumber 🥒 and Avocado 🥑

White : Fresh Fish ( tilapia)

Red : Tomate 🍅

Flowers 🌸 her crown of flowers 🌺 Express Her Identity❤️

In honor of Frida's country #mexicocity🇲🇽 #coyoacán

The whole tower represents Frida’s life,

towers are built by height and life effort.

As a child, she was unfortunately left disabled by polio. At 18, Kahlo was a promising young student in her late-teenage years, heading to medical school, until she was injured in a bus accident, causing lifelong pain and medical problems for our beloved Frida Kahlo.

After building the tower we think about her career as a famous Mexican painter.

The height of the tower can create weakness, as it’s weight cannot support the length. Her life, like the towers, collapses. When Diego, Frida’s husband cheats on her with her sister, and after her miscarriage, and when her foot is amputated, Frida feels hopeless. Her only solace from all this pain was her lesbian lover. This is the significance behind our Frida Tower. May you find the same love for life Frida experienced when eating our Frida Tower. ❤️🌺
